Marcy Fullwood

A LIFE SHAPED BY ACCESS
Meaningful work should create value for people and society.
For more than 15 years, Marcy has worked across the healthcare industry in finance, analytics, consulting, strategy, and operations. Throughout her career, she has seen both the possibilities within healthcare and the disparities that prevent people and families from experiencing its full value.
Those experiences strengthened a conviction she formed much earlier in life: systems should help people live with greater dignity, opportunity, and connection.
Two issues have consistently given her work purpose—access to quality education and the ability to age with grace. Her relationship with Edith first sparked her interest in eldercare. Growing up with her grandmother Linneth later showed her how long and quiet the daytime hours can be even when an older adult is independent, deeply loved and supported by family.
The Edith Society brings those lessons together, creating communities where older adults remain visible, engaged and connected throughout life.
