The E&L difference
Good support is not just about what gets done. It is about being known.
We take the time to understand the routines, preferences, priorities and small details that make life feel like your own. From thoughtful matching to ongoing check-ins, your support is designed around consistency, connection and a relationship that grows more personal over time.

We look beyond availability to consider personality, preferences, interests and the kind of relationship that will feel natural. The goal is not simply to fill a schedule. It is to find the right fit.
A primary teammate gets to know your rhythms and preferences, with a familiar backup who can step in when needed. Fewer unfamiliar faces means greater comfort, trust and continuity.
Your routines, goals and priorities help guide how time together is spent. Whether that means getting out into the community, preparing a favorite meal, keeping the household running or simply having good company, support should fit into your life—not the other way around.
Small changes can matter. With your permission, our approach includes thoughtful check-ins and observations that help us understand how you are doing over time and recognize when your needs, routines or priorities may be changing.
Life does not stay still, and neither should your support. Regular conversations help us refine the plan as preferences, circumstances and priorities evolve—while preserving the relationships and routines that already work.
How it works
Start with your goals, routines and what a good fit feels like.
Shape the schedule, support and communication around your life.
Meet your primary and backup teammates before support begins.
Check in regularly and adjust as needs or preferences change.
A planned connected experience
We envision one secure place where clients and approved family members can see schedules, know who is visiting and receive thoughtful updates. The planned EDITH Wellbeing Care Platform will help our team notice meaningful changes in daily rhythms and share reviewed updates—with the client's permission.
