An intimate daytime community envisioned for older adults in the Denver Metro Area—created for friendship, discovery, purpose, and a genuine sense of belonging.
Founding community activities are expected to begin in Fall 2027. The House opening will depend on securing the right location and funding.
WHY A HOUSE
Lindenvale House is envisioned for approximately 40–60 members, preserving the warmth and familiarity of a close-knit community.
Members will do more than attend. They will help shape the clubs, traditions, shared rituals, and character of the House over time.
The Edith Society is the parent community. Lindenvale House will be its first expression, with future Houses rooted in the same values while developing identities of their own.
ROOTED IN CONNECTION
Lindenvale evokes a peaceful, welcoming place connected to nature. “House” reflects our belief that community should feel personal rather than institutional—a place where members are known and where relationships deepen over time.
THE COMMUNITY WE ARE EXPLORING
Discovery is focused on Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, Centennial, and Littleton. This is a research area—not a promise of a final location or service boundary.
