Great home care depends on people who feel prepared, respected and supported. Edith & Linneth Home Care is developing a pathway that welcomes both experienced caregivers and people entering the field with the right qualities.

Progression will be guided by training, demonstrated competency, reliability, member fit and expanding responsibility. Role names and hiring plans remain in development as we prepare to welcome our first families in Spring 2027.

The pathway shown here illustrates how experience, training and responsibility may build over time. Placement will depend on credentials, demonstrated competency and the needs of the people we serve.

Care Companion Trainee

For people new to professional caregiving who bring reliability, sound judgment and a genuine interest in supporting older adults.

Personal Care Partner

For teammates who complete required training and demonstrate competency for approved personal-care and daily-living support.

CNA Care Partner

For active CNAs prepared to support members with more hands-on needs within the agency's licensed scope and their documented competency.

Senior Care Partner

For experienced caregivers who demonstrate strong quality, reliability and readiness to coach or support more complex assignments.

Care Lead or Coordinator

For experienced professionals ready to support training, scheduling, quality follow-up, coordination and thoughtful escalation.
